新生代农民工的特征、利益诉求及角色变迁——基于东莞塘厦镇的调查分析

The Characteristics,Interests claims and Role-changing of Workers of New Generation from the Rural: A Survey in Tangxia Town,Dongguan

文章首先回顾了农民工演变的历史,在此基础上给出了新生代农民工的定义。通过作者在东莞塘厦镇的调查访谈资料,本文归纳出新生代农民工不同于传统农民工的特征和新的利益诉求,并说明新阶层出现后给城市和农村社会分别所带来的负面影响。然后利用迁移者角色变迁的理论来诠释传统农民工与新生代农民工的差异,最后提出了简短的政策思路,其他存而未论。

Having reviewed the historical changes of the workers from the rural, the paper tries defme the new generation workers from the rural with a more scientific definition. And based on a survey and interviews in Tangxia Town, Dongguan, the paper tries to sum up the characteristics, interests claims of the workers of new generation from the rural which are quite different from those of those of previous generations. Accordingly these changes, which can be interpreted by the theory of migrants＇ role changes, bring about some negative impacts on the urban and the rural society. Finally a brief policy suggestion are put forward.
