摘要 介绍一种复合型温湿度传感器,它以绝缘材料作骨架,在骨架上用一层铝箔作内电极,铝箔外层以高分子吸湿膜为介质材料,再在其外绕上漆色铜线,铜线与铝箔间形成湿敏电容,铜线为电阻温度检测元件,配上适当的电路,可实现温湿度检测与控制. A composed temperature/humidity transducer is introduced. The transducer is structured with a frame made of insulated material. A humidity sensitive capacitance is formed between the aluminium film inner electrode wrapped on the frame and the paint coated copper wire wounded on the moisture adsorptive membrane made of macromolecular material which is the media outside the aluminium film. The copper wire works as the temperature detection element. Temperature/humidity detection and control are implemented by composing adequate circuits.
