摘要
PSD元件具有分辨率高,检测电路简单,速度快等优点,是一种新型的敏感元件,本文研究了采用PSD作为敏感元件,半导体激光管作为发光元件设计激光位移传感器的有关问题。
A PSD is a new position sensing component with the advantages of high resolution, simple electronic processing circuit and fast response. This paper presents the solutions to the related problems in the designing of a laser displacement sensor based-on a PSD and a laser diode.
