铸铁化学镀Ni-P合金稳定剂的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对化学镀Ni-P合金过程中稳定性差,镍离子消耗量大的实际,以镀速、镀液稳定性、镀层孔隙率和耐蚀性为评价指标,研究了Na2S2O3、Pb(AC)2、稳定剂A及稳定剂B等4种稳定剂在乳酸为络合剂的Ni-P化学镀液中的稳定效果。结果表明:复合稳定剂比单一稳定剂镀速高、稳定性好、孔隙率低。其中以Pb(AC)2与稳定剂A组合时镀液和镀层性能最好,稳定性达到35 000 s,镀速为30.1μm/h,孔隙率为0.78个/cm2,耐盐雾腐蚀为856 h。 As Ni-P electroless plating solution has poor stabilization, larger consumption of nickel ion, the author investigated the stability of Na2S2O3, Pb(AC)2, stabilizing agent A and B, and the plating rate, stability of plating solution, coating porosity and erosion resistance were used as evaluating indicator, and the lactic acid was added as complexing agent. Experimental results indicate that compare to single stabilizing agent, compound stabilizing agent has higher plating rate, better stability and lower porosity. Plating solution and coating have the best performance when adding Pb(AC)2 and stabilizing agent A to plating solution, and the stability of plating solution is up to 35 000 S, the plating rate is 30.1 μm/h, the coating porosity is 0.78/cm^2 , the corrosion time is up to 856 h when the erosion resistance of coating was investigated by salt spray tests.
