摘要 用热型连铸法制备过共晶Cu-2.03%Cr合金线,探讨了其在铸态下的微观组织形态、力学性能以及其电导率与热处理时间、温度的关系。结果表明:Cu-2.03%Cr合金具有良好的综合力学性能和导电性能;热处理后电导率显著的增加。 Hyper-eutectic Cu-2. 03% Cr alloy wires were cast by hot mold continuous casting process. Microstructure and mechanical properties of the as-cast alloy were studied. The relations between electrical conductivity, heat treatment time and heat treatment temperature for the alloy were investigated. The results show that Cu-2.03% Cr alloy made by hot mold continuous casting process has good mechanical properties and electrical conductivity. Its electrical conductivity increases significantly after heat treatment.
