摘要
通过对1982-1994年齐齐哈尔市食品卫生监督检验所冷饮食品卫生监测结果的分析,检验项目根据GB2759-81规定,样品由监督员采取。分析结果说明:①随着食品卫生管理的加强,冷饮食品卫生质量也随之提高。②冷饮食品卫生质量与经营者的卫生法制观念有直接关系。
The analysis of the result of surpervising and measuring coding-food hygiere quality of Qiqihaer food hygiere surpervise examination institution from 1982 to 1994, based on the rule of GB2759-81, shows that with the improvement of food hygiere, the caoling-food hygiere quality rises, and that the food hygiere quality is directly related to the managers legal system sense of hygiene.
