双波长系数倍率法测定拨云退翳丸中小檗碱的含量

Studies on seterminating the content of berberine in the Boyun Tuiyi Wan by using the double-wavelength and double rate method

本文采用95％乙醇提取样药,经中性氧化铝柱层析后,利用双波长系数倍率法测定拨云退翳丸中小檗碱含量。本方法简单可靠,重现性好。

The sample wag extracted by 95% ethand, through the AL_2O_3column, the ex-tract solution was used in the double-uwelength and double rate method and the content of berberine in the Boyun Tuiyi wan was deternuined. The method is simple, reliable and has the good repeatability.
