勾手投篮是最具有效的得分手段之一,近年来在国内的比赛中越来越多的被采用,但理论研究甚少。以现代篮球的基本理论和训练实践为依据,对勾手投篮的优点、特点、动作要领和训练方法进行探讨,旨在提出切实有效的训练方法,提高勾手投篮技术。

Hook shot is one of the most effective means of scoring .In recent years ,it has been more and more widely adopted, but there is little theoretical research. On the basis of basic theory of modem basketball and training practice ,the article discusses the advantages ,features ,main points of action ,and its training methods ,so as to put forward effective training methods and improve the hook shot technique.
