小径杂竹为原料的平行定向特制竹蔑板的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Parallel Oriented Special Bamboo Strip Board Made of Small Diameter Bamboo

研究了以小径杂竹──雷竹（Ｐｈｙｌｌｏｓｔａｃｈｙｓｐｒａｅｃｏｘ）、高节竹（Ｐｈｙｌｌｏｓｔａｃｈｙｓｐｒｏｍｉｎｅｎｓ）的特制蔑片为原料、水溶性酚醛树脂胶（ＰＦ）为腔粘剂制备高强度的平行定向特制竹篾板的可能性。结果表明：①用雷竹、高节竹的特制篾片，完全可制得常态下ＭＯＲ＞１００Ｎ／ｍｍ２，ＭＯＥ≥１×１０４Ｎ／ｍｍ２的平行定向特制竹蔑板；②在制备雷竹、高节竹的平行定向特制竹蔑板时，必须达到一定的篾片浸胶量，以保证其非常态下的ＭＯＲ值；③平行定向特制竹蔑板的吸水厚度膨胀率（ＴＳ）较大，需进一步寻求改善其ＴＳ的工艺技术措施。

Parallel Oriented Special Bamboo Strip Board(POSBSB)made of small diameterbamboo,such as Phyllostachys praecox and Phyllostachys prominens,with PF resin adhesivewere studied.Results showed:① With green covering-unremoved strip of bamboo,MOR ofthe POSBSB was more than 100 N/mm2 and MOE 1×104N/mm2 under normal conditions,②In order to obtain certain MOR of POSBSB after water treatment,PF resin impregnating con-tent of the strip should be kept at certain level.③The thickness expansion rate of water ab-sorbing was too high for further work to be done.
