高频振荡通气治疗早产儿肺透明膜病疗效观察 被引量：7

摘要 新生儿肺透明膜病（hyaline membrane disease，HMD），是早产儿生后早期出现的以进行性呼吸困难为主要表现的呼吸系统疾病，是呼吸衰竭的主要病因，也是早产儿死亡的主要原因。高频振荡通气（HFOV）用于治疗新生儿HMD，取得了满意效果。本文将我院新生儿科用HFOV以及未用HFOV治疗HMD两组患儿进行疗效对比，现报道如下。
