摘要
Z是男孩,有行为不端,且“屡教不改”。本研究以操作性条件作用学习理论分析之.发现以往的训导模式之所以无效,是因为只讲惩罚。于是提出一个新模式,它着眼于强化,而以3种提醒为Z提供强化的机会。新模式运作了8个月,设计的检验证实了Z的行为得到显著的矫正。
Z was a schoolboy with chronic problem behaviors. Based on OCLT, the present study revealed that the invalidity of the pattern of admonishment ago was due to the emphasis on punishment. Then, a new pattern set up, which, with three kinds of advice to provide Z with the chances to be reinforced, lays stress on reinforcement. The new pattern worked for 8 months and the designed tests showed the evidence of Z' s conducts having been corrected.
