摘要 在我国大力提倡科学发展观和构建和谐社会的新的历史时期,关于人与人之间的个性差异从理论扣实践两个不同的侧面上,受到广大教育者的高度关注。通过对中小学教师与学生群体性格类型的比较分析,揭示关于促进教师专业发展、提高教育效能的相关对策。 In the new age when a scientific concept of development and the concept of construction of a harmonious society are energetically advocated in China, many educators are paying close attention to individual differences both in theory and in practice. Through a comparative analysis on character types of the groups of teachers and students in primary schools and middle schools, this paper shed light on the measures to help teachers improve their professional skills and the efficiency of education.
