In the new age when a scientific concept of development and the concept of construction of a harmonious society are energetically advocated in China, many educators are paying close attention to individual differences both in theory and in practice. Through a comparative analysis on character types of the groups of teachers and students in primary schools and middle schools, this paper shed light on the measures to help teachers improve their professional skills and the efficiency of education.
