摘要
近些年来,在教师专业化目标的推动下,美国的中小学教师继续教育改革采取了制定教师的教学标准、制定和完善教师专业发展标准、建立教师专业发展学校、采取多种培训措施等策略,这些策略带给我们诸多思考与启示。
In recent years, in order to promote teacher professionalization, American have taken such strategies in elementary and secondary school teachers' further education as making teaching standards, making and revising professional development standards, establishing professional development school, takeing various training means. These strategies brought us many revelations.
