摘要
由地衣芽孢杆菌(BacillusLicheniformis)NK-27菌株产生的胞外β-甘露聚糖酶在40℃,pH值6.5~7.0,酶液终浓度10u/g的条件下,酶解1%魔芋粉和瓜儿豆胶胶液1h后,所获得的酶解产物经薄板层析(展层剂:正丁醇:吡啶:水=6:4:3,显色剂:苯胺-二苯胺-磷酸)检测表明为单糖和低聚糖。
onjak powder and guar gum have been hydrolysed by the exocellular β-mannanase producting from Bacillus licheniformis NK-27. Under the optimum conditions (40℃ , PH= 6. 5~ 7. 0,1h . 10u/g ultimate enzyme concentration, 1% gum solution)the hydrolysate are mono-saccharide and Oligosaccharides determined by thin-layer chromotography (unfolding agent: n-Butanol: pyridine: Water= 6 : 4 :3; developing agent: phenylamine-Diphenylamine-phosphoric acid).
