孕晚期β-hCG及抑制素-_A水平与子痫前期相关性研究 被引量:2

A study on correlation between β-hCG and INH-_A levels in late pregnancy and severity of preeclampsia

摘要 目的探讨孕晚期孕妇血清中β-hCG、抑制素-A的水平与子痫前期病情严重程度间的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫分析法测定32例子痫前期患者(实验组),16例正常孕妇(对照组)血清中β-hCG、抑制素-A水平,同时测定两组孕妇的血尿素氮、肌酐水平、收缩压、舒张压、24小时尿蛋白含量和新生儿体重。结果与对照组相比,实验组血清中β-hCG(87.23±30.81)、抑制素-A(810.79±118.68)水平显著升高(P<0.01),血尿素氮(4.68±1.5)、肌酐(70.59±20.17)水平显著升高(P<0.01),收缩压、舒张压显著升高(P<0.01),新生儿体重显著降低(P<0.01)。实验组24小时尿蛋白含量为2.99±3.05g,对照组孕妇尿蛋白定性均为“-”(定量<0.15g/24h)。实验组血清中β-hCG、INH-A水平分别与血尿素氮、肌酐水平、舒张压及24小时尿蛋白含量间呈显著正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05),与新生儿体重间呈显著负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论子痫前期孕妇血清中β-hCG、抑制素-A水平可作为判断其病情严重程度的指标,联合测定血清β-hCG、抑制素-水平将有助于子痫前期的辅助诊断和病情监测。 Objective To investigate correlation hetween serum levels of hCG and INH-A in late pregnancy and severity of preeclampsia. Methods The serum levels of β-hCG and INH-A of 32 patients with preeclampsia (the study group) and 16 normal pregnant women (the control group) were detected by ELISA, at same time, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, systolic and diastolic pressures, proteinuria content during 24hrs. and neonatal birth weight were also examined. Results Compared with the control group, the serum levels of β-hCG ( 87.23 ± 30.81 ) and INH-A (810.79 ± 118.68) significantly elevated (P 〈 0.01 ), the blood urea nitrogen( 4.68 ± 1.5 ) and the serum creatinine levels(70.59 ± 20.17) were significantly higher( P 〈 0.01 ), the systolic and diastolic pressures were significantly higher( P 〈 0.01 ), and the mean neonatal weight significantly lowered( P 〈 0.01 ). Proteinuria contents during 24hrs. in the study group were 2.99 ± 3.05g, and those in the control group were all less than 0.15g. In the study group, the serum β-hCG and INH-A levels were correlated positively with blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, diastolic pressure, proteinuria contents during 24hrs. ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ), while the serum β-hCG and IN H-A levels were correlated negatively with mean neonatal birth weight( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The serum β-hCG and INH-A levels of women with preeclampsia could judge the severity of the disease. Combination examination of serum β-hCG and INH-A may contribute to the adjuvant diagnosis and the monitoring of the severity of preeclampsia.
