摘要 肾缺血再灌注损伤可以激发明显的炎症反应,此过程中有大量炎症介质的释放和炎症细胞的聚集,这些炎症介质和炎症细胞相互作用,参与肾IR损伤,成为引发急性肾衰的关键因素。有关这方面的研究为探索出更好的方法来抑制炎症各组成部分的作用,提高缺氧缺血性肾损害的治愈率提供了实验性理论依据。 Kindey ischemia reperfusion (IR) injury can induce obvious inflammation. During the process, a lot of mediators of inflammation are released and inflammation cells gather, They react on each other and participate in IR injury and become the key factors of acute renal failure(ARF), The study on this aspect will provide us experimental theoretical basis and help us to find out a better way to inhibit every aspect of inflammation to improve the curative rate of kidney IR injury.
