Advancement in research on pregnancy-assisting proposals for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

多囊卵巢综合征是育龄妇女无排卵性不孕的主要原因之一,其助孕问题是不孕症治疗中的难题。综述减肥、胰岛素增敏剂、芳香酶抑制剂、促性腺激素、手术疗法及未成熟卵体外培养的助孕效果,以期为今后制定更合理的助孕方案提供理论依据。

Polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS） is one of the principal causes of anovulatory infertility of women in reproductive age. The treatment of infertile women with PCOS is still a troublesome problem. This article reviewed effect of the pregnancy assisting proposal including weight loss, insulin sensitizer, aromatase inhibitor（ AI）, gonadotrophin（ Gn）, laparoscopy ovarian drilling （LOD） and in vitro maturation（IVM） of immature oocyte and provide some more rational pregnancy assisting proposals for polycystic ovary syndrome.
