随着人们对健康需求的不断提高和要求保障维护健康权意识的逐步加强,加快妇幼保健事业发展的政策引导作用愈来愈重要,因此必须研究妇幼卫生发展政策,营造宽松适宜发展环境,争取政策配套扶持,优化良好保健外部环境,创造适宜保健内部环境;注重预防、降低妇女病发率;改善特殊人群对基本保健服务可及性、公平性;提高流动人口接受医疗保健服务的主动性;探索拓展反映妇幼健康指标的评估体系;适度开展市场运作,开展健康促进,提供不同层次保健服务;强化网络建设,规范完善妇幼保健信息管理,优化资源配置,共享网络资源,促进和保障妇幼保健事业快速和谐发展。

Along with unceasing growth of people＇ s needs for health and gradual enhancement of consciousness for health rights, the policy guidance for maternal and chihl health becomes increasingly important. Therefore, we shouht study the policy of maternal and child health, c＇onstruct suitable internal and external environments, win over supporting policy of the government. Moreover, we also should put the stress on prevention to reduce the maternal morbidity, improve fairness and reaches of heahh service for special populations, initiate activeness of floating people to accept health service. We also have to explore the index assessment system representing maternal and child health, moderately exercise market management to carry out health promotion and provide various grades of health services, strengthen network construction, normalize information administration, optimize resource allocation and share the web resources. All these are helpful to promote and ensure fast and coordinate development of maternal and child heahh carrier.
