库普弗细胞(KC)是肝内定居的巨噬细胞,由于其细胞表面存在多种受体,可被多种配体和激活剂激活,通过产生反应氧、细胞因子和炎症介质等贯穿于酒精性肝病的发病过程,控制KC的活化将有助于减轻或阻止酒精性肝病的肝脏病变。
Kupffer cells are resident macrophages of liver. Multi-receptors consisted in the surface of kupffer cells, thereby can be activised by ligands and activators me cells. They take part in the pathogenesis of alcoholic liver diseases by means of releasing reactive oxygen species, cytokines and mediators of inflammation. Depressing the activation of kupffer cells will improve and prevent alcohol-induced liver injury.
