三氧化二砷治疗急性早幼粒细胞性白血病取得肯定的临床效果,但对实体瘤作用的研究尚不够深入,其临床治疗肝癌的效果仍需进一步探讨。此文复习国内外文献,对三氧化二砷抗肝癌作用的研究进展作一综述。

There are positive clinical effects for treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia （APL） with arsenic trioxide. But studies of therapeutic effects of ontic tumor are not enough and should be more investigation. Thus we review overseas and domestic literature and summarize treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma with arsenic trioxide for researchful development as follows.
