摘要
目的:通过细胞内培养和小鼠体内试验观察苦碟子抗呼吸道病毒感染细胞的作用和活体内抗呼吸道病毒感染的效果。方法:体外试验采用病毒CPE法测定药物的半数抑制浓度IC50和最小有效浓度MIC及治疗指数TI,体内试验采用流感病毒致肺炎试验观察肺病变并计算病变率和病变抑制率。结果:苦碟子对呼吸道流感病毒H3N2、合胞病毒(RSV)和腺病毒(ADV-3)的治疗指数分别为10、32和16。在不同剂量组对3种病毒肺病变抑制率高于双黄连对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苦碟子对呼吸道流感病毒H3N2、合胞病毒(RSV)和腺病毒(ADV-3)均有良好的抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the antagonism against cells infected with respiratory virus of Ixeis Sonchifolia Hance. through cell culture and experiment in vivo of mouse .Methods: Virus Cytopathogenic Effect (CPE) was used in vitro to measure half inhibitary concentration (IC50),minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and treat index (TI).Mouse influenzal viral preumonia experiment was carded out in vivo to observe the pulmonary pathologic change and calculate the pathologic rate and pathologic inhibition rate .Results: TI of respiratory influenzal virus H3N2,respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and adenovirus Ⅲ (ADV-3) was 10,32 and 16 respectively.The pathologic inhibitive rate in different dosage groups was higher than that of control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions: Ixeis Sonchifolia Hance. has a significant inhibitive effect on RIV-H3N2, RSV and ADV-3.
