薄层扫描法测定肠康颗粒中补骨脂素的含量

Experiment Study on The Method for The Determination of Psoralen in ChangKang Granules

目的:探讨肠康颗粒中补骨脂素的含量测定方法。方法:选用薄层扫描法测定补骨脂素的含量。结果:补骨脂素在1～9.45ìg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=27568.7X-15312.6(r=0.9986),平均回收率为99.2%,RSD=0.7%(n=3)。结论:薄层扫描法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为补骨脂素的含量测定方法,以控制肠康颗粒的质量。

Objective： To study the method for the determination of psoralen in ChangKang granules. Methods： TLC was used. Take psoralen as target constituents, Results： The calibration curve of psoralen was lined over the range of 1-9.45 μg, and regression equation was Y=27568.7X - 15312.6 （r =0.9986）.The average recovery was 99.2%, RSD=0.7% （n=3）. Condusion： TLC appeared to be simple,accurate,reproducible. It can be used for the quantitative determination of psoralen and to control the quality of ChangKang granules.
