绵萆薢中两个新二芳基庚酮类化合物的分离和结构鉴定 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究绵萆薢(Dioscoreaspongiosa)的化学成分。方法:利用大孔吸附树脂、硅胶柱层析、制备薄层色谱法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从绵萆薢中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为(3R,5S,7S)-1,7-二苯基-3,7-环氧-5-羟基-1-庚酮(命名为绵萆薢素A,化合物1)、(3S,5S,7S)-1,7-二苯基-3,7-环氧-5-羟基-1-庚酮(命名为绵萆薢素B,化合物2)、(+)-丁香树脂醇(化合物3)、胡椒醇(化合物4)、芝麻素酮(化合物5)。结论:化合物1、2为新化合物,化合物3、4和5是3个首次从薯蓣属分得的木脂素类化合物。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Dioscorea spongiosa. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by macroporous adsorption resin, silica gel column chromatography and preparative TLC chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of their physicochemical and spectral data. Results: Five compounds were obtained from the CHCI3-MeOH (V:V= 10:3) fraction of 90% ethanol extract. Their structures were elucidated as (3R, 5S, 7S)- 1,7-diphenyl-3,7-epoxy-5-hydroxy- 1-heptanone (Diospongin A, 1), (3S, 5S, 7S) - 1,7- diphenyl-3,7-epoxy-5-hydroxy-1-heptanone (Diospongin B,2), (+)-syringaresinol(3), piperitol(4), sesaminone(5). Condusion: Compounds 1 and 2 are two new diarylheptanoids. Compounds 3, 4 and 5 were obtained from Dioscorea as three lignans for the first time.
