针对绢丝针织绸的特点，采取了还原漂和氧漂双重漂，而且在氧漂中增加精练剂漂练的工艺；染色采用绳状机染色，并严格控制车速、温度、时间及浴比；整理采用化学整理和机械整理相结合，根据要求的风格分别处理，取得了较理想的效果．

Reduction and oxidation dual bleaching is applied to the knits according to their features.They are further bleached with scouring agent and dyed with rope dyeing machine with speed,temperature, time and bath ratio strictly controlled. As to finishing, chemical and mechanical system can be used in combination according to the requirements for various styles so as to achieve desired results.
