我国高等教育独立学院办学的思考

独立学院是我国高等教育快速发展中应运而生的新事物。它发展迅速,独树一帜,已经成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。但它办学时间不长,还存在不少矛盾和问题,急需研究解决。就独立学院的办学基础、办学实践、办学前景问题展开了分层次的论述。并提出了一些意见和对策。

Separated college is a new thing coming up with the quick development of higher education in our country, which is unique and develops fast, and has become a key part of our country＇s higher education. However, it doesn＇t exist long yet and has not little problems and contradictions, which need immediate study and settlement. The article states in levels from the basis, practice and future in running a separated college. It not only sums up concerned conditions, but also puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.
