It makes many cases of internal medicine, surgery,gynecology and pediatrics as examples for experiences of diagnosis and treatment, to expound that the differentiation and treatment are the most important links of TCM theory, method, formula and drug in clinical treatment, as well as two un-separated parts which are correlative with each other in diagnosis and treatment, it also views that the method and formula is very important in TCM therapy.
