平喘胶囊对致敏豚鼠引喘潜伏期和肺功能的影响

Effect of Pingchuang Capsule on Sensitized Guinea Pigs' Asthma Latent Period and Lung Function

[目的]探讨平喘胶囊对哮喘豚鼠的平喘作用,初步探索其作用机制。[方法]观察致敏豚鼠给药后引喘潜伏期和肺功能的变化。[结果]平喘胶囊能明显延长致敏豚鼠的引喘潜伏期(P<0.01),对致敏豚鼠抗原攻击引起的肺阻力增高和动态肺顺应性降低也有一定的抑制作用(P<0.05)。[结论]提示平喘胶囊有较好的平喘功效。

[Objective]Explore the asthma-relieving of Pingchuang Capsule on asthma guinea pigs, its mechanism as well. [Method] Observe the sensitized guinea pigs＇ changes on latent period of asthma and liver function. [Result] Pingehuang Capsule can marked ly prolong the latent period of guinea pigs（P〈0. 01）, also has definite inhibition on increased liver hindrance and decreased dynamic liver compliance caused by the attack of antigen of sensitized guinea pigs（P〈0. 05）. [Conclusion] Pingehuang Capsule can relieve asthma well.
