摘要
目的:探讨胃癌患者血液中瘦素和神经肽Y(neuropeptideY,NPY)的变化及其意义。方法:研究分胃癌组(71例)及正常对照组(53例)。用体脂仪检测体脂。用放射免疫法检测血清瘦素和血浆NPY。结果:胃癌组血清瘦素[1.83(0.03~9.85)ng/mL]显著低于正常对照组[2.98(0.59~14.39)ng/mL],P=0.003,两组间瘦素/体脂差异无统计学意义,P=0.009。瘦素与胃癌的组织类型、分化程度和淋巴结转移个数无关。胃癌组与正常对照组间NPY差异无统计学意义,P=0.158。NPY与胃癌的组织类型、分化程度和淋巴结转移个数及肿瘤分期无关。结论:瘦素及NPY未参与胃癌的发生发展。低瘦素水平可能反映了胃癌患者较差的营养状态。瘦素和NPY作用失调可能参与了肿瘤相关体质重下降的发病机制。
OBJECTIVE: To study the change of serum leptin and neuropeptide Y(NPY) of gastric cancer and the role of the two factors to gastric cancer. METHIODS: There were 71 gastric cancer patients and 53 normal controls in this study. Fat% was detected by body composition analyzer. Leptin and NPY were detected by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS:The leptin level of gastric cancer patients was significantly lower than that of the normal controls [1.83 (0.03- 9.85) ng/mL vs 2.98(0. 59-14.39) ng/mL, P=0.003], but there was no difference in leptin/fat% between the two groups. There was no relationship between leptin and histological type, differentiation, lymph nude metastasis and stage of gastric cancer. There was no difference in NPY between the two groups,P=0. 158. There was no relationship between NPY and histological type, lymph nude metastasis differentiation and stage of gastric cancer. CONCLUSIONS: Leptin and NPY don't take part in gastric cancer formation, The low leptin level of gastric cancer patients is associated with their poor nutrition. Gastric-cancer-related weight-loss perhaps is due to maladjustment of leptin and NPY.
