结合芭蕉河中、小水电站群的实例,阐述“无人值班、少人值守”运行模式在提高中、小水电站生产管理水平和经济效益方面的重要作用。实施该运行模式的基础条件是:①要建立一支高素质的运行管理队伍;②要具有性能完善、状态良好的主机及辅助设备。

Taking Bajiaohe mid-small hydropower stations as examples to expound the significance of unattended operating mode for improving managing quality and economical effect of mid-small hydropower stations. The basic factors for carting out this operating mode are,： ①Setting up a high quality operator team; ②fitting out hydropower units and their auxiliaries with perfect functions and in good service condition.
