妊娠期糖尿病患者血清TNF-α浓度与空腹血糖水平的相关性研究

The relationship between the tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-alpha and glucose levels in gestational diabetes mellitus

目的分析妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血清TNF-α水平及其与血糖水平的相关性。方法选取GDM患者71例,正常孕妇40例作为对照组,测定血糖和TNF-α浓度。结果GDM患者TNF-α水平显著升高,与血糖呈正相关。

Objective To asses the clinical significance of changes tumor necrosis factor（TNF）- alpha level and the relationship between serum TNF-α and glucose levels in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）. Methods 71 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were enrolled. 40 normal pregnant women were assigned to be control group. Then the concentrations of blood glucose and TNF-α were determined. Results Blood TNF-α level in GDM patients was signficantly higher than that in normal pregnant women（ P 〈 0.05 ） , and it was positive correlated with blood glucose （r = 0. 731）. Conclusions Determination of TNF-α level is useful to understand the severity of GDM , serum TNF-α concentrations are correlated with blood glucose in gestational diabetes mellitus; the mechanism is evaluable to study.
