我国农村金融体系现状分析及深化改革途径探讨

Research on the Existing Problems and the Approach to Deepening the Reformation of China's Rural Financial System

为充分发挥农村金融体系对三农的支持和促进作用,分析了我国农村金融体系在农村金融机构的功能定位、民间金融和农村金融市场的监管组织体系等方面存在的问题,提出应从改革农村金融组织机构体系、完善农村政策金融体系、进一步推进农村信用社改革、建立开放性农村商业金融市场体系、发展农村保险业和建立有效的监管框架等途径来深化我国的农村金融体系改革。

In order to fully play the role of rural financial system to support and promote agricul ture, rural village and farmers, this paper analyses the problems of rural financial system in terms of the functional orientation of rural financial institutions, folk finance and the supervision system of rural financial market, putting forward that the reform of our rural financial should be deepened through the reform of our rural financial organization system, the improvement of our rural policy financial system, the future promotion of rural credit union reform, the establishment of business financial market, the development of rural insurance industry and the establishment of effective governance frame.
