The big blemish, which is resulted from the influence of special historic environment and exists in China＇s current note market, causes the hindrance to the normalization and sustaining development of our note market. Starting with the characteristics of our note system, the paper makes an analysis of the blemish, elaborates its influences on the capital market and provides the corresponding advice for the reform and improvement of our note system.
