子宫内膜甾体激素受体在不孕症发病机制中的作用
摘要
甾体激素受体主要为雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)及雄激素受体(AR)。三者在子宫内膜的表达存在一定的特点,并受激素及其他生长因子调节。近年来研究发现子宫内膜甾体激素受体的表达异常可能是导致不孕症的重要原因之一。其中,黄体功能不全ER、PR低表达;多囊卵巢综合征ER、PR、AR高表达;子宫内膜异位症(EMs)ER高表达,PR-B/PR-A比率降低。
