水通道在生殖领域的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 水以及其他小分子物质通过细胞膜的运动是生殖现象中一个很重要的方面;水通道是水分子选择性通过的孔道,在男性和女性生殖道中有着广泛的分布;研究发现水通道参与精子发生、精液形成、卵泡发育、受精、囊胚形成和着床等一系列重要的生殖过程;在雄性生殖中,水通道表达、功能和/或调节的改变均被证明是导致雄性不育的基础;受精和胚泡形成过程中渗透压的稳定与否直接影响到哺乳动物的生育能力,水通道在子宫内水的转运、保持内环境稳态方面起着重要作用;另外,水通道对于辅助生育技术中优化冷冻程序、提高复苏成功率具有重要意义。
