痔血胶囊治疗内痔临床观察(附100例报告)

Clinical Observation of Zhixue Capsule in the Treatment of Internal Hemorrhoids: A Report of 100 Cases

目的:评价痔血胶囊在内痔治疗中的作用。方法:将100例病人随机分成两组,治疗组50例口服痔血胶囊,对照组50例口服槐角丸。观察两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗7d后,治疗组与对照组的症状总得分比较,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:痔血胶囊能明显减轻内痔便血、脱出、肛门坠胀感、肛门不适等症状。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of Zhixue capsule in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids. Methods：One hundred consecutive patients were randomly assigned to two groups. Zhixue capsule was given in the study group （n=50） and Huaijuewan was given in the control group（ n =50）. The effect was observed after treatment. Results： Compared with the control group, the study group had a significant difference in score on symptom after 7 days. Conclusion：Zhixue capsule is effective in relieving hematochezia, prolapse and discomfort.
