黄兴党内建设主张主要集中于四方面:一是主张团结,反对分裂,认为革命队伍的团结是革命成功的重要条件; 二是强调政党的党风党德建设及党纲党规的遵守;三是重视党内人才的培养;四强调政党建设应不断进取、改革与与时俱进。
