摘要
研究在无机/有机非糖分半独存在下的蔗糖分解情况。结果表明,在一定温度下,各种无机/有机非糖分对蔗糖分解反应的影响体现在其对精液[H+]似贡献程度,贡献越大,蔗糖分解反应的速率就越大。但当糖液的pH值恒定时,无机/有机非糖分的种类及其单独存在对蔗糖分解反应的影响不大。论文还对这些研究结果进行了理论分析。
The decompsition of socrme was studied under the etotence of different inorganic/organic non-sugar components Experimental results indicated that, at a certal temperature, the influence of inorganic / organic which Contributed H+ on sucrose decomposion is diroectly related to the concentration of H+, the more the H+ contribotion,the faster the sucrase decompeion rate. We pH of sugar solution is kept stable, the influence of non-sugar is rare. Finally the results were aiso theoretically analyzed
