The main content of this paper is to discuss the problems and leak being in patrol-checking distribution llne and equipment at present, rome sehemes to solve it using computer technology, and to introduce the effect of these solve schemes in practice. These solve schcmes are not only with perfect function and wide applicability but also with inexpensive and convenient use, and could promote modernization, automtization, and standardization of management of patrol-checking distribution line and equipment at present.
