摘要
本文综述了涤纶微细纤维及其织物的特性和染色性能,作者就分散染料的染色过程论述了造成染色不匀的机理,认为加大液流速度将有利于匀染,并选用气流为织物输送介质,以驱动织物在染机中达到高速运行。为了使织物在高速运行中保持稳定,气流喷射染色机必须采用电子仪器控制变频器保证鼓风机的功率不变,同时应该实施工艺自控参数显示电脑化。生产试验证明,采用气流喷射染色机得到的产品匀染性好,手感十分柔软,门幅变化较小。
This article summarized the characteristic and dyeing behaviour of micro polyester fiber and the fabric from it. Based on the dyeing process with disperse dyestuff ,the increasing of fluid speed was found to be beneficial to levelling dyeing. So air flow is need to ensure high speed moving of the fabric in dyeing machine. To assure the fabric a stable state when high-speed moving ,the frequency converter must be electronic controlled to guarantee the constant power of blower. Meanwhile,computer was used to display the autocontrol process parameters. Experimental manufacture have gained satisfied levelness.soft hand and small change in width.
