舒美绒圆网印花工艺探讨

An Approach to the Rotary Screen Printing of "Shu Mei Rong" Velveteen

舒美绒系棉涤交织的经编绒类织物。本文通过各种试验论证了舒美绒在圆网印花机上印花的可行性,并对其工艺及条件,如色浆稠度、染料和网目的选择、烘干、蒸化、后处理等条件进行小样和大样试验探索,总结了批量生产中的一些工艺要点。

Different trials have been carried out to prove the soundness of 'Shu Mei Rong' velveteen printed on rotary screen printing machine. The technology and its condition discussed here are viscosity of paste, selection of dyestuffs and screen mesh size,drying and steaming process. The main points in practice were summarized.
