颈前路自锁钛板系统的研制和生物力学研究

摘要 目的对自行研制的颈前路自锁钛板系统(ACSPS)进行生物力学研究。方法采用18具男性尸体的新鲜颈椎标本,随机分为A、B两组(A组用ACSPS,B组用Caspar),进行载荷-位移及应变测定,并对ACSPS行拔出实验。结果ACSPS和Caspar内固定后颈椎位移的降低幅度,最大拔出力、相对位移、能量吸收值比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论ACSPS有较高的强度和紧固能力,能提供较好的生物力学稳定作用。 Objective To study the biomechanical character of self-designed anterior cervical self-locked plate system (ACSPS). Methods 18 cervical spine specimens( C2 - T1 ) were divided into two groups: A and B. Group A were fixed by ACSPS while group B by Caspar. Stress/strain relation was compared between the 2 groups. ACSPS was performed with pull-out test. Results There was no difference between the 2 groups in the ranges of displacement decrease after fixation ( P 〉 0.05 ). The maximum pull-out force and its relative displacement and energy absorption of ACSPS were no diffrent to those of Caspar ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusions ACSPS can provide sufficient biomechanical stability and is safe for long-time internal fixation.
