防水、防污、防晒牛皮软革的技术研究

Technological development of Cattlehide Waterproof,Easy-care and Lightfast Soft Leather

本文比较系统地介绍了“防水、防污、防晒”（以下简称“三防”）牛皮软革的研制开发。通过防水、防污材料湿处理和涂饰表面处理相结合，生产出了具有很高防水、防油污性及防晒耐光性能的牛皮软革。本文同时还介绍了防水革涂饰接着性问题、统一蓝湿皮加工工艺、复鞣配伍工艺和干燥方式的选择等。

The purpose of this paper is to introduce the development of cattlehide waterproof,easy-care and light-fast,soft leather. Through the treatment of waterproof and easy-care materials to the leather,especially in fatliquoring,combined with suitable coating technique in finishing,a kind of cattlehide soft leather with good waterproof,easy-care and light-fast properties,without affecting the water vapor permeability,has been manufactured. The adhesion problem of waterproof finishing and its solution,the unifying process of wet blue,the retanning and drying operations of producing this kind of leather are also described.
