本文研究了利用猪皮渣油、棉籽油、蓖麻油以机油为原料，制备新型复合加脂剂的方法，提出了猪皮渣油、棉籽油的改性方法；从复合加脂剂的耐存性和乳液稳定性方面确定了ＳＱ—１复合加脂剂的最佳配比；从分子间力角度出发讨论了乳浊液的混事胶束的稳定性，井提出了混合膜的概念。

This paper deals mainly with the preparation method of compounded fatliquor SQ-1 by using fleshings lard,cotton seed oil,castor oil and mineral oil,and put forwards the modified method of lard and cotton oil,The optimum prescription of SQ- 1 has been determined in accordance with the storage properties and the emulsion stability of fatliquors.The idea of mixed membrane and the stability of the emulsion as well as the related reaction mechanism are also discussed.
