CO_2 Laser Treatment for Common Anal Diseases:a Report of 470 Cases

目的 总结CO2激光治疗各种痔、肛裂及肛瘘等的疗效。方法 外痔104例，内痔40例，混合痔288例，环形痔3例，低位肛瘘16例，肛裂19例，合计470例。以功率为15～20w、功率密度478或637mW／cm^2的CO2激光刀割、凝固病变处。结果 470例治愈率96．6％，有效率100．0％。术后发生水肿25例（5．3％）、疼痛30例（6．3％），少量出血13例（2．8％）。无一例发生排尿困难、尿潴留。结论 CO2激光治疗常见肛肠科疾病，方法简便，疗效确切，并发症较少，可操作性较强。

Objective To introduce a method for curing common anal diseases including external and internal hemorrhoid, anal fistula and anal fissure. Methods The experience about the laser therapy for anal diseases was described and discussed by summarizing all clinical cases between 1995 to 2005. Results All 470 cases of anal diseases patients receiving CO2 laser therapy healed well from the operation. Good results were obtained with a rehabilitation of 96. 6% and effective rate of 100%. Conclusions CO2 laser therapy for common anal diseases is simple and convenient, easy for operation with few complication and good results that it is considered a basic skill for the primary doctors in the anal diseases department or laser department.
