眼睑血管瘤的激光治疗

Laser Operation of Eyelid Hemangioma

目的探讨脉冲CO2激光切除眼睑血管瘤的方法及疗效。方法上眼睑血管瘤患者12例,睑结膜及眼球表面局部麻醉后,翻转上眼睑,以脉冲CO2激光非接触照射,使瘤体表面凝固,肿瘤缩小,然后于瘤体正中切开,切除血管瘤。结果12例患者CO2激光术后创面均1期愈合。术后随访2年,上眼睑血管瘤消失,眼睑外观恢复正常,无复发。结论CO2激光切除眼睑血管瘤,具有彻底、安全、简便、出血少的优点,适于临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the treating method and value for eyelid bemangioma with CO2 laser scalpel. Methods Eyelid bemangioma suffered in twelve patients was excised by CO2 laser scalpel under local and surface anesthesia. Results The tranmatisms of 12 patieonts were healed up within stage I. Following-up for two years after operation, the distended blood vessel of eyelids was disappeared and the outward of eyelids was normalized without relapse. Conclusions The method that uses CO2 laser scalpel to treat eyelid bemangioma is radical, safe, simple with fewer bieeding, which should be applied and propagated in clinic.
