Pulsed Multifunctional Laser System Treatment of Dermovascular Disease

目的 观察可变脉宽倍频532nm Nd：YAG激光治疗皮肤血管性疾病的临床疗效。方法 皮肤血管病患者166例，其中鲜红斑痣117例、草莓状血管瘤38例、蜘蛛痣11例。根据患者的年龄、性别、肤色、皮损部位、皮损颜色、治疗次数，选择可变脉宽倍频532nm Nd：YAG激光的治疗参数治疗，其范围为能量密度9～24J／cm^2，脉冲宽度10～50ms，光斑直径3～4inm。结果 经过1～8次治疗后，有效率分别为鲜红斑痣84．6％，草莓状血管瘤89．5％，蜘蛛痣90．9％。结论 应用可变脉宽倍频532nm Nd：YAG激光治疗皮肤血管性疾病疗效显著，其中以草莓状血管瘤、蜘蛛痣的治疗效果较好。

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of pulsed muhifunctional laser system on dermovascular disease. Methods Totally 166 patients were treated with the pulsed multifunctional laser system. The principle of treating these dermovascular diseases was as follows ： laser system with different wavelength was used for different diseases. FD Nd ： YAG 532 nm laser system with adjustable pulse width and frequency was used for dermovasculaer disease. Dermovascular disease included： 117 cases of naevus flamincus, 38 cases of strawberry hemangioma, 11 cases of spider nevus. Results After 1-8 times laser system treatment the effective rate was：dermovascular disease naevus flammeus 84. 6%, strawberry hemangioma 89. 5% , spider nevus 90. 9% o With Ridit analsis X^2 = 20. 02 （ P 〈 0.01 ） the therapeutic effect in various group was statistically significant difference. Conclusions Pulsed muhifunctional laser system treatment of dermovascular diseases,such as strawberry hemangioma,and spider nevus shows the better therapeutic efficacy than other dermovascular diseases.
