激光原位角膜磨镶术术前视网膜变性裂孔的激光治疗

Laser Photocoagulation Before Laser in situ Keratomileusis on Myopia:A Clinical Observation

目的 探讨激光原位角膜磨镶术术前视网膜变性裂孔激光治疗的必要性。方法 激光原位角膜磨镶术术前患者468例932只眼，68例136只眼伴有视网膜变性裂孔，术前以532nm倍频Nd：YAG激光，功率200～300mW、光斑直径200～300μm、照射时间0．2s，对视网膜裂孔及变性区光凝，以产生3级光凝斑反应为度。激光原位角膜磨镶术术后定期复诊。结果 激光原位角膜磨镶术术后经6个月至1年的随访未发生视网膜脱离者。结论 激光原位角膜磨镶术术前行视网膜变性裂孔的激光治疗，可以预防激光原位角膜磨镶术术后视网膜脱离的发生。

Objective To evaluate the importance and clinical therapeutic effect of laser photocoagulation on myopia before laser in titu keratomileusis（LASIK） operation. Methods Laser photocoagulation was performed in 136 eyes with retinal degeneration or retinal hole or abnormal adhesion between retina and vitreous. Results There were no complications of retinal detachment during the follow-up period of 6-12 months （ average of 8 months）. Conclusions The effect of laser photocoagulation before LASIK operation on myopia is confirmed. It＇s an important method to prevent retinal detachment after LASIK operation.
