Technical Study on Pigskin Quality Garment Leather Make Use of Northern China Pigskin

本文就利用北方猪皮制造具有细致粒面，革身柔软丰满、弹性好，具有发泡感，部位差小等特征的高档服装革从几个方面进行了论述，提出了从小液比浸感，硝皮剖层，树脂鞣剂填充，阳离子涂饰为主要特点的加工技术。

Make use of northern china pigskin for producing pigskin quality garment leather that has the features of fine grain,good softness and fullness, proper elasticity and sponge feeling, as well as even area difference are discussed. The main process technique, such as short float alkali treating,splitting the glauber salt soaked pelt, acrylic resin filling and coating with cationic polyurethane finishes are also put forward in this paper.
