The Motion Rule of the Whole Range Monofunction and Its Characteristic Analysis for the High Speed Distributing Feed Screw

根据分件供送工艺要求，用一种新方法推出了变螺距供送螺杆全程单函数运动规律。在计算机上分析了该运动规律的各特性函数及其图象，证明它是一种全程统一、自然连续、惯性冲击小、动力特性好且应用方便的优良运动规律。此外，还探讨了螺杆基本参数的变化规律。为变螺距供送螺杆理论和设计的发展，提供了新的途径。

According to the technological requirment of distributing feed and using a new method of unifying the multisection function into monofunction,the motion rule of the whole range monofunction of feed screw with changing pitch is developed.Each characteristic function and its graph of the new motion rule are analyzed by computer. It is verified that the new motion rule is an excellent one for its natural continuing in whole range, inertial shocking and being easy to make CAD/CAM of feed screw. Besides,the changing rule of the basic parameters of the feed screw is studied. This research opens up a new way for the development of the theory and design of the distributing feed screw.
