Some wire-drawing dies are treated by technology of ion implan- tation.Many noble metallic wires,such as tantalum wires,are drawn by implanted dies,The surface qualities of metallic wires are significantly improved.A lot of contrast experiments are made in a line of industrial production.The analysis by SEM and the measurement with optical instru- ments show the results above.
